Due to our rural location, public transport will not bring you all the way to the Sculpture Garden. The closest main train station is Dorking, which has a taxi rank - it is a 15-20 minute drive from the station to the Garden. The closest station is Ockley (3 miles), however the trains are not frequent and there are no taxis. We are not on a bus route.

We have plenty of parking and space to leave bicycles.

If you are using SATNAV, please do not use our postal postcode (mentioned in publications and so on) as it will not take you to our entrance - please use RH5 5QU.

Should you get lost, please do not hesitate to telephone and we will do our best to direct you. Alternatively, the local pubs in the area all know our whereabouts and should be able to direct you accordingly.

We do not have signs on the main road or further along the lane for security reasons. If in doubt, please head for Gatton Manor Golf & Country Club as they are our neighbours. From Gatton Manor turn left out of their drive and we are approx 150 yards along the lane on the left.

Directions from the M25:

Leave the motorway at Junction 9 and take the A24 South, signposted Dorking.

Bypass Dorking and after approximately 4 miles, at the Beare Green roundabout, leave the A24 taking the A29 signposted Bognor Regis and Ockley.

Continue through Ockley, and just before leaving the village (and after the Old School House Pub, which has been converted into cottages) turn right into Cathill Lane.

At the T junction, turn left into Standon Lane and continue for approx 0.8 miles.

The entrance to the garden will be found on the right, 200 yards past the left turning to Okewood Church and before the Gatton Manor Golf & Country Club. The entrance is marked by green signs on both sides of the road, and you will notice gravel spilling out into the road.

Due to a weak bridge at the entrance, we are unable to facilitate coaches or anything larger than 2 tonnes. If you are coming by coach, please contact us to receive instructions of where to park.

The lanes surrounding us are very narrow in places, so large coaches are not advisable. Please contact us prior to your visit.

What an absolute gem of a find, definitely a well kept secret of Surrey and a must to visit. Amazing sculptures placed in what I can only describe as an enchanted forest. Spent a couple of hours wandering around. Beautiful.” - Trip Advisor, June 2021
