Shipping, Ammending, & Returns

Applicable to online purchases only - larger sculpture will be delivered through other means, and each individual delivery/installation discussed and arranged based on individual needs.

All artwork sales are final. Should any problems arise, please contact the gallery directly.

SHIPPING

Details below are UK ONLY, please contact directly for shipping internationally.

CHRISTMAS 2024 - last orders must be placed by Monday 16th December, collection from the gallery can be arranged up to 19th December.

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days of receipt. Gift tickets may be posted the same day, depending on office hours.

Shipping prices vary on item, but are broken down into the following categories:

  • Gift vouchers & memberships: free Second Class, £1.60 First Class

  • Small sculptures under £150: £5.65 Royal Mail tracked 24, or collect from the gallery for free

  • Small sculptures & ceramics over £150: £15 Royal Mail/Parcelforce tracked, or collect from the gallery for free

  • Larger indoor sculptures: Collect from the gallery for free, or contact us for a specific shipping/courier quote

    Outdoor sculptures are dealt with on an individual basis, depending on the piece, distance, and if specialist installation needed.

AMENDING AN ORDER

If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please contact us at hannahpescharsculpture@gmail.com as soon as possible - within 24 hours of purchase.

RETURNS

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If any item purchased via our website and delivered direct to you does not meet with your expectations then we require you to contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the full cost of the purchase plus the outward shipping cost. All items are thoroughly wrapped and sent insured - so in case of damage please contact the shipper/courier.

The client is required to pay the cost of returning the item to us in the condition in which it was sent and packed to the same standard to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon return of artworks received in good order. Do not post the item back until you have spoken to a gallery representative - please contact us at hannahpescharsculpture@gmail.com.

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Gift vouchers and gift tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different name.

If you have initiated a return after 7 working days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Events/Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for attending an event/class made up to 30 days before the date of the event/class will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice but less than 30 days notice of the date of the event/class will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the original cost. If the event is sold out and we are able to re-sell your ticket, you will be refunded the full amount minus handling fees of 5%.

Any cancellations for any event or class made with less than 7 days notice prior to the start of the event/class date, for any reason, are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell your ticket (see above).

You may substitute a guest in your place should you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, but you must notify us of the change of attendee by emailing us at hannahpescharsculpture@gmail.com. It is your responsibility to pass on any details of the event/class to your substituted guest.

In the event of low bookings we reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice. Under these circumstances you will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer your event booking to another date free of charge. We will endeavour to inform you of short notice cancellations at least 1 week before the planned date.

If unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather, storms or flooding) cause damage or risk immediately before the event, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund or opportunity to transfer to another event.

Gift Vouchers

Gift tickets must be presented on arrival, otherwise standard admission will be charged. Digital download gift tickets may only be used once.

Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and are non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for alternative or different experience, unless specifically arranged with a member of the Sculpture Garden team. They cannot be replaced if lost, misplaced or stolen.

Generic gift vouchers (that are sold in monetary values) may be used against any purchases online or in-house, on events that are organised by the Sculpture Garden (as opposed to events that have hired the garden as their venue, and manage their own tickets and participants), or admission to the Sculpture Garden.
