This Privacy Policy applies to all clients, customers, friends and interested parties of The Hannah Peschar Sculpture Garden, who have purchased from the Sculpture Garden in the past, have expressed an interest in the Sculpture Garden through meeting colleagues of the Sculpture Garden or Anthony Paul Landscape Design physically or online interest, or have signed up to be updated of events.

Your consent will be an explicit action from 25th May 2018. Because of the need for consent we will not use defaulted opt- in checkboxes or include your personal data for communication and marketing purposes where you have asked only for a transactional email. When using the term “personal data” in our Privacy Policy, we mean information that relates to you and allows us to identify you. This includes your first and last name, and your email address. If you are a previous client, we may also use your postal address to send you physical invitations.

Category of Data collected / held: name and surname and your email address. In the case of a purchase, your postal address will also be collected.

When we process such data: When you sign the comments book at the Sculpture Garden, when you purchase from the Sculpture Garden, when you employ Anthony Paul Landscape Design, when you express an interest of the Sculpture Garden to any colleagues of the Sculpture Garden or Anthony Paul Landscape Design.

5. How and why we use your personal data 
We use your personal data for the following purposes:

To invite you to our private view and make you aware of our small number of events through the summer season that might be of interest to you. In very rare circumstance we may contact you to make you aware of very exciting/important news.

communications. Please allow 7 working days to complete any unsubscribe request.

6. Requesting access to your personal data

7. Right to be forgotten

You have a right to be forgotten and have data erased and / or stop being processed where the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose of collection, you withdraw consent, when you object to the processing or to comply with a legal obligation.

We will immediately delete your name, surname and email if you click ‘unsubscribe’ or email hannahpescharsculpture@gmail.com and inform us of your wish to do so.

This is not applicable as we do not profile our contact lists.

Your name, surname and email address are stored on our Mailchimp Database only. Mailchimp databases are compliant with GDPR laws.

We do not use cookies on our website, but do employ Google Analytics to gauge an overview of our audience. All information is collected completely anonymously; this includes traffic source (device type, source, browser and operating system), geography (visits per country) and time spent on each page.

We will only disclose your personal data when this is required by the law of any jurisdiction to which the Hannah Peschar Sculpture Garden may be subject.
